PERFECT BREATHING TO BE IMMUNE
In Today's age, You are all viewing, whats going on.
Everywhere a virus attack is seen very commonly. The behind it, is knowingly, as well as Unknowingly.
Knowingly means you are not bothered to go outside the world or socially, without a mask. Many people have got this idea that they are healthy and are totally immune to all these. So, accidentally, some carrier or positive brushes them or chitchat with them, and the result you know well.
And, Unknowingly means, maybe the same reasons, even though taking all due care, while helping someone, it might possible that you get infected.
Both above cases show low immunity towards unexpected happenings like these. So, all of us should increase our immunity both from a diet point of view and a physical point of view also.
Dietitian will tell you about diet, but here, as a well being trainer, I will explain how you can do it, with the help of correct breathing practices.
So, let us start a perfect Breathing practice, with me.
- You have to clean your nasal passage. So, for this, close one nostril lightly, and with light exhalation, release breath outside, for 10 times. Repeat this for left nostril also, and then practice the same exhalation with both nostrils together. This process is called as Nasal Passage Cleaning.
- Next, You have to perform Nadishodhan Kriya, which means the Channel cleansing process. Here you have to close one nostril again lightly, and initially inhale and while exhaling, release a breath with a slight hissing sound. Repeat for another nostril also. Then perform the same procedure again, just a small difference that you have to breathe out through another nostril, with a hissing sound, as earlier. Continue all these practices for 10 rounds each. and then feel the lightness and easiness in breathing, which means your nasal passage is now totally clean. And you are ready for further practices.
